** As a Product Owner you'll be responsible for the implementation of the Services & Net Zero Solutions proposition portfolio.
A key part of this role will be to identify products and implement end to end solutions in accordance with our strategy.
You'll help to ensure effective and efficient product lifecycle development and full channel alignment.
**Location:** With our Flexible First working arrangements we empower our colleagues to work in a way that best suits them – meaning location doesn't need to be a barrier.
This role can be mostly based at home but you must be flexible to travel and work from our Dublin office at least two days per week.
* Identify new products and develop proposals which add value to our company product offering.
* Manage the full product life cycle ensuring optimum strategies is in place across the portfolio.
* Analysis of category performance including product mix and profitability metrics.
* Support commercial decision making in the Services segment Produce business requirements documents as required and manage new products through change, including input to Business Casing to justify investment requirements.

* Become the subject matter expert on all products and propositions within the Services portfolio.
* Represent the product and propositions teams at various fora to ensure products are fit for purpose.
* Work closely with B2C and Customer Operations colleagues, identifying products or services that can add value to B2C from the services segment.
**Here's who we're looking for:*** Experience in product management or change, ideally from the energy sector.
* Understanding of the interaction between product and services and all operational parts of the business.
* Demonstrated knowledge on how to launch and manage products within the product lifecycle.
* Commercial awareness that enables identification and focus on key business and product metrics that support new product development and lifecycle management.
* Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
* Experience in dealing with internal and/or external stakeholders.
* Customer focused, detail oriented and innovative.
* Knowledge of energy/utilities/renewables industry.
* Experience in solar or boiler service industry is a plus.
* Strong understanding of sales channels and lead generation.
