Active Directory and Group Policy Administrator
to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to have:
* 7β10 years of experience working with Active Directory and Azure AD
* 7 years of progressive experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2022/2019/2016/2012 or newer administration
* 7 years of experience in Active Directory 2016 or newer administration
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Group Policy Management
* Minimum 4 years of experience in scripting automation (VBScript, PowerShell, or similar)
* Minimum 3 years of extensive PowerShell scripting for task automation and reporting
* Experience with Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM)
* Experience with Azure AD Connect (AADConnect), AppProxy, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
* Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, LDAP and AD-related infrastructure
* Experience with Active Directory backup and recovery procedures
* Ability to manage migrations and upgrades related to AD and domain controllers
* Experience installing and managing security reporting tools for monitoring AD changes
* Working knowledge of certificate-based authentication and PKI infrastructure
* Ability to keep AD environments compliant with Microsoft patches, updates, and DISA STIG security guidelines
* Experience supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Active Directory as a whole.
* MCP/MCTIP certification required and ITIL certification preferred.
* Experience working with automation, reporting, and policy teams.
Soft Skills
* Experience using Incident & Task Management tools (e.g., Remedy)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience handling customers, severity cases, and high-priority incidents
* Ability to produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and critical issues
* Strong team leadership and conflict management skills
* Ability to provide guidance on AD policies, procedures, and operations.
What you will do:
* Manage, plan, and implement Active Directory across an enterprise environment, including physical and logical AD architectures.
* Design and maintain Sites, Subnets, Organizational Units (OUs), and Domain Controller strategies.
* Oversee and modify the AD Schema, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements.
* Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, trust relationships, and overall directory health.
* Perform and manage backup and recovery operations for Active Directory.
* Design, implement, and optimize Group Policies for security, performance, and user/computer environment configuration.
* Troubleshoot Group Policy issues and manage administrative templates and configuration strategies.
* Plan and execute GPO backup and recovery processes.
* Develop strategies for enterprise-wide configuration of user and computer settings using Group Policy.
