Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our team with various administrative and scheduling tasks.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Event Coordination: Maintaining visit schedules in the CRM system and planning ahead for optimal results.
* Effective coordination of assessment events for external contractors, ensuring efficient workloads and minimal travel requirements.
* Daily Administrative Support: Managing phone calls and emails, responding to approximately 50 weekly contacts, and resolving most queries independently.
* CRM and Data Management: Maintaining client and assessor records, supporting ad hoc administrative tasks, and setting up new clients in the CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a busy office or team environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems, as well as Q-Pulse (or similar quality management tools).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
