Financial Systems Team (FST) Manager Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Sector: Finance & IT Systems | ERP | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK - no visa sponsorship available Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Financial Systems Team Manager to lead the continuous improvement and rollout of their ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) across global offices. This is a key leadership role blending finance process optimisation and IT system delivery, supporting a multi-year transformation in partnership with SAGlobal. What You'll Do: Lead the delivery of ERP improvements across finance, working with internal teams and external vendors Manage day-to-day FST operations and oversee the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout Define project scope, coordinate agile delivery (using Asana), and ensure business continuity Collaborate with IT, HR, and finance leaders to enhance system functionality and governance Support user training, system testing, documentation, and change management Maintain vendor relationships and manage performance against SLAs What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing ERP/financial systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across IT and finance Experience in professional services or multi-site environments preferred Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and AI-based tooling (desirable but not essential) Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with hands-on team management experience Why Apply?
