About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe accomplishment of all maintenance activities, adhering to statutory, environmental, regulatory, corporate site, and department practices and procedures.
* Contribute to equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
* Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and equipment files.
* Assist in generating, reviewing, and revising maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Develop and manage the critical equipment list.
* Omitise the site preventive maintenance programme (RCM/FMECA based).
* Analyzing equipment data to report on equipment performance.
* Develop, standardise, and implement the latest maintenance approaches and techniques in line with MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives.
* Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by MAM Leadership according to appropriate procedures and standards.
* Omitise costs whilst driving department performance.
Requirements
* A Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
* Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
* Reliability and/or Maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP.
* Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA.
