Location:
Birdhill (3 days per week on-site in Co. Tipperary)
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
* Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Provide administrative support to Management, including expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Work closely with Management to facilitate smooth operations and enhance productivity across the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
* A certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
* Strong Computer skills, particularly office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential for managing documents.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
