Cork Project: Large Distillery Development Company Type: Specialist Faade & Cladding Contractor Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role A leading specialist cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major distillery project in Midleton. This is a flagship scheme involving high-spec cladding, envelope interfaces, and strict programme, safety, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will take full ownership of project planning, delivery, subcontractor management, client liaison, and cost control, ensuring works are completed to the highest technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a major cladding package on a complex distillery project. Manage site teams, subcontractors, logistics, and installation sequencing. Oversee project planning, progress reporting, and programme management. Coordinate with the main contractor, design teams, and stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Review drawings, technical submittals, and faadeMEPstructural interfaces. Manage budgets, variations, procurement schedules, and cost control. Report regularly to senior management on project status and risks. Requirements 5+ years Project Management experience in faade, cladding, or building envelope contracting. Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems (metal, glazing, composite, rainscreen, etc.). Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Ability to coordinate complex envelope packages and interface with multiple disciplines. Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (e.g., subcontract packages, variations). Full right to work in Ireland and availability to work on-site in Midleton.
