Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced B2B/SaaS copywriter to create educational resource guides for grant compliance professionals. These guides will serve as lead magnets, SEO content, and trust‑building assets for finance directors and compliance officers managing federal grants.
Project Duration: 4 guides initially, with potential for ongoing content partnership.
What You'll Write
* Complete Guide to 2 CFR 200 Procurement Standards (15‑minute read, ~3,500 words)
* Federal procurement requirements and thresholds
* Micro‑purchases, simplified acquisition, sealed bidding
* Best practices and common pitfalls
* Single Audit Preparation Checklist (10‑minute read, ~2,500 words)
* Step‑by‑step preparation for organizations approaching $750K federal funding
* Documentation requirements
* Timeline and submission process
* Budget Management for Multi‑Grant Organizations (12‑minute read, ~3,000 words)
* Tracking spending across federal, state, and foundation funding
* Cost allocation strategies
* Budget vs. actual monitoring
* Vendor Verification & SAM.gov Compliance (8‑minute read, ~2,000 words)
* How to verify suppliers aren't debarred
* SAM.gov registration and search process
* Maintaining compliant vendor relationships

What We Provide

* Revisions: Up to 2 rounds included; additional rounds billed at 50% of hourly rate
* Kill fee: 25% if project is cancelled after kickoff
