Customer Service Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to handle card and payment-related queries.
This is a permanent role, offering the opportunity to work with our team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, representing our brand and culture professionally.
* Manage front-line customer support and query resolution for Credit Unions and their members.
* Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Take ownership of payment investigations and ensure accurate updates to core system information.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Payac products and services, as well as relevant policies and legislation.
* Support the Operations teams as needed and manage escalations for swift client-centric resolutions.
* Collaborate on payment-related projects with colleagues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
* Proven track record of delivering accurate work within tight deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team.
