Key Roles and Responsibilities
The primary goal of this position is to acquire land from third parties in support of renewable energy projects.
* Develop, manage, and implement strategies for negotiating with landowners for large-scale developments and energy infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion of all land agreements and rights required throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage complex agreements (options, leases, easements).
* Represent the organization in leading negotiations of viable and cost-effective land deals that enable renewable energy projects to progress from initial site selection through to agreed terms in a timely manner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Honors Degree in Land Management, Agriculture, Business, or equivalent.
* Minimum 6 years of professional experience in agriculture, forestry, property, or project management backgrounds or related disciplines.
* Familiarity with Irish Property Law and knowledge of relevant documentation.
* Experience with renewable energy projects and commercial understanding of business needs.
