About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Water division, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful commissioning of water treatment equipment across the Island of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coagulation, flocculation, clarification process, filtration, UV disinfection, chlorine disinfection, conventional activated sludge, SBR's; Decide on treatment process design and recommend solutions to engineering problems; Handle various chemicals, high-pressure systems, and work in a safe manner during the commissioning and testing phase; Carry out instrumentation analysis and calibrations, laboratory analysis, jar testing, and propose and adjust chemical dose rates to optimize the process for successful performance testing; Handle sludge treatment methods, technologies, and processes, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain air compressors, sludge pumps, and chemical pumps of various types; Commission pneumatic systems and setting up various types of control valves and flowmeters, capture data using various tools, and develop dashboards for easy data analysis to follow processes for various clients; Write standard operating procedures, manuals, and training documents, and be able to train the client; Carry out quality control reviews of design documents, functional descriptions, and control philosophies, lead kickoff meetings while on site with customers, managers, to align the project plan and sales commitments, verify the site layout to ensure it is compatible with as-built drawings, prepare for commissioning activities in short durations, by reviewing the contracts, carrying out commissioning management plan meetings, and explaining how the activities will be carried out, preparing essential documentation such as commissioning protocols, checklists, ISO sheets, etc.
