Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Management Analyst based in Dublin. The Risk Management Analyst will assess and identify potential risks that may affect real estate projects and investments. Responsibilities include performing thorough risk analyses, developing mitigation strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable recommendations. The role also involves using statistical methods to evaluate outcomes and communicating findings to key stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Risk Analysis
* Understanding of Finance and related quantitative disciplines
* Knowledge of Statistics and its application in risk assessment
* Excellent Communication abilities for presenting findings and interacting with teams
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
* Proficiency in risk management tools and software is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
