Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Assist in stock management and quality control.
* Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example.
* Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety control practices are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum level 2 Chef qualification.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
* Passion for food and exceptional service with excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional practical chef skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
