Our Reception Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the success of our restaurant, overseeing the host team to maintain high standards, maximize bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Effectively manage and lead the host team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
* Develop expertise in our booking system, Sevenrooms, and utilize it to efficiently manage every booking and enquiry.
* Onboard and train new staff members, collaborating with floor managers to optimize rota scheduling.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment across the floor, adhering to health and safety protocols.
