Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
2. Manage the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional items.
5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, influencers, and media partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8. 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
9. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
