The software uses cloud-based technology such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Kafka, etc.
The Role As a Security Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a very qualified team looking to identify gaps and risks in the security system.
This role requires someone who has a great understanding of security principles, software development, penetration testing, and code review.
Key responsibilities Perform security code reviews Spot vulnerabilities within the software Perform penetration tests and document results Identify gaps and implementations that lead to security issues Collaborate with colleagues to develop plans and fix the issues within the system Qualifications/Experience: Practical experience strengthening Microsoft cloud ecosystems, including Azure and Microsoft 365, with a focus on identity, data, and access security.
Up to date on current Security Engineer methods, standards, and defensive strategies.
experience as a security engineer, with a focus on secure SDLC Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills CISSP or CISM certification and other security qualifications are a plus.
