We are recruiting for a Security Operative to join our team. Primary function of the role is prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the Company, our team members and guests.

Security Operative (Night shift)
Department: Security
Reporting to: Loss Prevention Manager
Location: Adare Manor, Adare, Co. Limerick
Overview: Responsible for the prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the company, its staff or its guests.
Responsibilities
Operational responsibilities:
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
* Control access to buildings and facilities.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
* Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports.
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
* Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.

* To work closely with the leadership team, supporting them to ensure that strategic and departmental goals are achieved.
* To carry out 'hands on' training with current team members in order to grow skills and achieve the standards defined.
Occasional responsibilities:
* To work in other locations or departments on a temporary basis as designated when required so to do.
* To be available to work nights, evenings, weekends on occasion when required in order to ensure Resort standards/requirements are met.
* To carry out any other reasonable task requested of you by a member of the leadership team.
