Legal Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. This role will involve providing legal support to various business areas, working closely with Senior Legal Counsel.
The successful candidate will have broad experience and flexibility to support business requirements as needed. They must be able to review security and title documentation, advise on related issues, and engage with external legal service providers for continuous improvements.
This is an agile unit providing professional legal support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Solicitor qualified to practice in Ireland with minimum 3 years PQE (essential)
* Previous practice experience in financial services or working in a regulated financial services environment would be advantageous
* Insolvency experience would also be beneficial
