As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential. You will work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coaching your team to deliver excellent customer service.
You will also define daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes.
