The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations across all locations in Ireland.

* Support employee onboarding and transfer requests.

* Provide assistance with integration activities.

* Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex and advanced IT issues.

* Manage the entire lifecycle of software and hardware assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

* Ensure a positive experience for colleagues by providing exceptional support and guidance.

* Coordinate uninterrupted IT support and communicate ongoing strategy and execution with colleagues.

* Offer training, advice, and guidance to end-users on IT systems and processes.

Requirements
">
* Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a customer-facing role.
">
* Experience supporting Windows laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office applications, and mobile devices.
">
* Microsoft Windows Desktop Certifications or CompTIA A+ certification are highly valued. Experience with Microsoft SCCM and ITIL is also beneficial.
">
* Proven ability to handle enquiries and escalations effectively.
">
* Previous experience providing IT support in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
">
* Occasional travel to other sites may be required, access to a car is essential.
