About Your New Job
Manage, coordinate, and execute the full scope of construction projects, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, programme, and commercial goals.
Coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements while managing resources to keep projects on schedule.
Handle quality control throughout the lifecycle of each project, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and BC(A)R regulations.
Collaborate closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and the project team; report progress via Project Management Software and update key milestones with senior management.
What Skills You Need
Third‑level qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
At least five years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
Engineering background is desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, advise on project value and risks, and multitask core management duties.
Excellent organisational, time‑management, and computer skills, with a good knowledge of construction materials and processes.
