We currently recruiting aF&B Supervisorto join our Food & Beverage team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner.
* Ensure stock control is implemented and maintained.
* Represent Carton House's passion for customer service, proactively ensuring each guest has the memorable experience expected at Carton House.
* Be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, specials and ingredients, etc)
* Familiarize yourself with sales and promotional activity and up sell at every possible opportunity.
* Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
* Breakfast team supervision under the guide of food and beverage management
* Motivate and assist the breakfast team to ensure departmental targets are met.
The successful candidate will have:
* A real understanding of hotel food and beverage operation.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5* property.
* A structured and organized approach to work planning.
