My client, one of the top global law firms operating in Dublin are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team.
This Secretary will work in a busy hub whose focus is on Intellectual Property and Technology.
2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary required will consider candidates from smaller and mid-sized firms.

Hybrid working 50% work from home upon successful completion of training/ office in Dublin 2 You will work alongside two Senior Secretaries and a Team Lead in a collaborative work environment.
There are currently 11 fee-earners on the team and they intend to continue to add to this as well as having Trainee Solicitors so this will suit someone who likes working in an environment with lots of teamwork.
Daily tasks in this role will include: Providing administrative support to fee-earners across the team.
Maintaining client records and case files on the CMS.
Billing generating invoices, logging time and working on complex billing matters through billing software.
Meeting preparation including coordinating calendars, agenda and papers preparation.
Diary management and travel booking for Partners.
Production of high-quality documents.
