Oversee monthly accruals, prepayments, and debtor management. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all AR/AP functions, maintaining strong internal controls. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal postings. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports. Collaborate with other departments and regional offices to ensure consistent financial practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the finance team. Assist with audits and compliance requirements in line with organisational and statutory standards. Requirements: Part-qualified or finalist-level accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CPA / equivalent). Minimum 35 years experience in accounting, with at least 12 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Experience within a charity, non-profit, or legal environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of month-end processes, accruals, and prepayments. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
