Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main contractor, is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their team in Galway. The successful candidate will support the Marketing & Communications Director and the wider marketing team in implementing the annual marketing plans.
Education
* A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
Professional Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, focusing on strategy development and plan management.
* Proven experience in brand management and building brand awareness.
* Success in daily marketing and communications activities, including internal and external communications such as newsletters.
* Strong background in digital marketing, including advertising, content creation, and channel development.
* Experience in PR initiatives, multi-channel advertising campaigns, media monitoring, and reputation management.
* Previous experience in business development, lead generation, CRM systems, and client presentations.
* Familiarity with the construction industry, especially prequalification processes, is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and online advertising.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and content creation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Project management capabilities for campaigns and initiatives.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
