ECommerce & Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

With a strong online following, a loyal repeat customer base and a 12,000 sq ft bricks-and-mortar retail space, we are seeking an experienced and creative multi-talented individual to take ownership of our website and our social media and digital presence.
This is a varied, hands-on, office-based role for a commercially aware creative who can balance brand storytelling with data-driven decision making.
The Role
Working closely with internal teams and external partners where required, you will take responsibility for our website, social media channels and digital marketing activity, ensuring a cohesive brand experience and driving growth primarily to our website but also into store.
Content, eCommerce & Merchandising
* Own the day-to-day management of the Helen Turkington website, ensuring it is beautifully merchandised, current and on-brand.
* This includes managing product uploads, imagery, pricing and copy, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the site.
* Coordinate and organise product photography and styled shoots as required.
* Oversee eCommerce stock levels and work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams on inventory planning and fulfilment.
* Ensure excellent customer experience through effective order management, customer follow-up and CRM maintenance.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
* Plan and deliver a digital marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities.
* Create, schedule and manage email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo), including segmentation and performance tracking.
* Collaborate and oversee Instagram content creation and planning and assume full ownership of posting, content scheduling and community management across other social platforms.
* Implement data acquisition initiatives such as competitions and campaigns to grow and engage our audience.
Performance, Analysis & Optimisation
* Monitor and analyse website and commercial performance, including sales, returns, paid advertising ROI, SEO and Google Analytics.
* Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
* Implement testing initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience.
* Benchmark performance against competitors and identify growth opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role (homeware or lifestyle retail experience in the Irish/Uk market highly advantageous).
* Strong creative copywriting skills are essential.
* Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce highly desirable.
* Confident using Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
* Experience with content creation and image editing tools (e.g. Canva).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
* Multi-tasker with ability to deal with changing deadlines and priorities.
Additional Information
NB: This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm and from time to time may involve physical order fulfilment.
