With access to the worldwide Savills PLC office network, we offer comprehensive domestic and cross-border investment services. It currently has a team of 9 people and is currently involved in advising and transacting on some of the largest office, retail, logistics and PRS assets and portfolios in Ireland.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Surveyor to work in our Dublin office within our Investment Team. The role will provide the successful appointee with an opportunity to be involved in property transactions and asset management throughout Ireland.Sales, acquisition advice and negotiations associated with commercial investment transactionsConsultancy advice to receivers, institutional investors and financial institutionsDetailed financial modeling including cashflow analysis, IRR's, NPV's etcDeveloping strategic reports on assets and implementing asset management strategiesRespond quickly to client requirements in this changing market and be able to adapt when necessaryMonitor the activity of individual active investors on a continuous basisLiaise with all other departments within Savills to monitor market activityFull range of agency duties to handle our large and varied investment sales instructions.The PersonYou will be principally familiar with the Irish property market with good knowledge of all property asset classes. You will be technically excellent with very strong report writing skills and proven commercial acumen. You will be a qualified surveyor and will have at least one years post qualification experience, ideally to include investment and commercial agency. Candidates with qualifications in another relevant discipline or with non-investment experience will also be considered for this role. Our focus is to recruit an individual with excellent client relationship management skills and a proven ability to spot opportunities to generate fees.
