MCS Group are working with a well-established construction and fit-out contractor to recruit an M&E Coordinator / MEP Manager to join their project delivery team.This organisation operates within a high-quality project environment and is known for delivering complex construction and fit-out projects across multiple sectors. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination across a range of live projects while working closely with senior leadership and project teams.The RoleThe M&E Coordinator / MEP Manager will act as the lead for all building services elements across a number of projects, reporting directly to the Operations Director and working closely with project, commercial and design teams.You will;Review project documentation from an MEP perspective, identifying risks, design issues and opportunities for improvementCoordinate the MEP design process with subcontractors, consultants and project teams to ensure buildable solutionsManage and lead MEP subcontractors across live projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to specificationOversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover of building services systemsLiaise with operational, commercial and procurement teams to support efficient and compliant project deliveryWhat's in it for you;Competitive salary and benefits packageDirect collaboration with senior operational leadershipLong term career progression opportunitiesCollaborative and team-focused working environmentThe Ideal Candidate;Proven experience in an M&E Coordinator, Building Services Manager or MEP Manager role within constructionStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems and construction practicesExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teamsSolid understanding of Health & Safety requirements within the construction industryStrong communication, organisation and reporting skills with high attention to detailFull details will be discussed upon application.Are you a M&E professional open to new opportunities?
