Maintenance Supervisor Job We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's buildings and grounds. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a hotel or resort environment, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience. They should be proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and general building maintenance. Additionally they must have hands-on knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) software such as ALICE. Main Responsibilities:
