As part of that mission, we're building out our Proposal & RFP support capabilities within Deal Desk in EMEA.We're looking for a Proposal Specialist to support our EMEA sales organisation by managing and delivering high-quality proposals, RFPs, and written sales responses at scale. This role will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and our Services Partners to help articulate HubSpot's value to prospective customers — particularly in complex, enterprise-level opportunities.This is a net-new role created to support increasing proposal volume as HubSpot continues to grow in the upmarket and enterprise space across EMEA.In this role, you'll get to:Own and manage end-to-end proposal and RFP responses for EMEA, supporting a high volume of complex, non-standard sales opportunitiesPartner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Deal Desk, Marketing, Legal, and Partners to gather inputs and produce clear, compelling, and accurate proposal contentTranslate technical, commercial, and legal inputs into customer-ready narratives tailored to each buyer's needsEdit, refine, and quality-check proposal responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with HubSpot's brand and value propositionLeverage AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate proposal creation while ensuring accuracy, fact-checking, and high-quality outputsNavigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, upmarket sales environmentContribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries to support scaleSupport sellers across EMEA handling hundreds of proposals annuallyWe are looking for someone who:Has 1-3 years experience in a proposal, bid, RFP, pre-sales, sales support, or similar roleComes from a tech, SaaS, or professional services background (e.g., software, consulting, legal, accounting)Is extremely strong in written communication, copy editing, and content structuringIs comfortable working in ambiguity and can adapt quickly as deal needs evolveThrives in highly cross-functional environments and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholdersIs detail-oriented and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously without sacrificing qualityHas strong judgment and knows how to assess risk, accuracy, and relevance in proposal contentIs comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and validation — and understands both their strengths and limitationsIs flexible, resourceful, and proactive in solving problemsUnderstands the dynamics of sales teams and how to support sellers effectively during high-pressure deal cyclesIs passionate about helping HubSpot's customers succeed as we move further upmarketEven better if you have:Experience supporting enterprise-level or upmarket sales motionsFamiliarity with CRM platforms and sales tooling (e.g., HubSpot)Experience working with RFPs across EMEA markets (public & private sector)A background or interest in marketing, design, or content strategyExperience improving proposal processes, templates, or knowledge basesFrench language proficiencyWe know theconfidence gap and impostor syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don't hesitate to apply — we'd love to hear from you.If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form.At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection.
