Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Customer Success Executive
to support our growing customer base in Ireland. This role focuses on strengthening client engagement, identifying success opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing support
* Build strong relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
* Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure smooth platform or service implementation
* Monitor customer usage metrics and proactively address challenges
* Identify upsell or value-add opportunities based on customer needs
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
* Provide insights and feedback that contribute to continuous improvement
* Conduct regular business reviews and present success outcomes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
* 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or client support
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with SaaS or B2B environments
* Knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies and performance metrics
* Comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders and decision-makers
