We're opening a new home in Abbeyshrule and are looking for passionate Social Care Workers and experienced Social Care Leaders to join our team. This is your chance to help shape the culture from day one and be part of something truly special.
The Roles
Social Care Worker
Provide person‑centred care and support to young people.
Promote independence, education, and emotional wellbeing.
Work collaboratively within a trauma‑informed, values‑driven team.
Social Care Leader
Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.
Contribute to team development and the smooth operation of the service.
Requirements (Both Roles)
Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU‑approved or eligible).
Full, clean manual driving licence.
Flexibility for varied shifts, including sleepovers (Social Care Worker).
Minimum 2 years' experience at Social Care grade (for Social Care Leader).
Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma‑informed practice (for Leader).
