Sterilisation Operator

Roles And Responsibilities
* Key role in the operation of our sterilisation process and part of a team responsible for processing all finished goods in an efficient, timely and co-ordinated manner, while fully adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, which will deliver the optimum throughput and results
* Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Baxter’s sterilisation process through the Sterilisation Management System and will be part of a team accountable for processing all finished goods
* Loading/Unloading Vessels, reviewing cycles and managing aberrations
* May perform other duties as assigned
Education Requirements
* Minimum Secondary level Education required
Experience Requirements
* Able to communicate clearly and confidently
* Capable of handling a wide variety of work
* Ability to respond to set tasks in a timely manner
* Able to deliver detailed and accurate data as required in the role
* Maintain excellent Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
* Portray a professional, helpful and courteous attitude while carrying out job
* Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management
* Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
