Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via various channels

* Manage the Service Desk management console efficiently

* Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Necessary Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an ICT helpdesk support role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
* Experience with Microsoft Teams
* Knowledge of supporting Android (Mobile) OS devices and users
* Understanding of Omnissa Workspace One UEM or a similar MDM solution
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
