Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor
1. Communicate with, negotiate and procure sub-contractors
2. Ensure commercial compliance of contracts
3. Cost & Risk control and management
4. Provide accurate monthly project cost and performance reporting
5. Assist with monthly work in progress reports in conjunction with project manager
6. Regularly visit sites across Dublin
