The role of Sales Operations Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for the management and administration of sales operations across various departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive order evaluation and accurate data entry into CRM and ERP systems.
* Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, including order acknowledgements and scheduled shipment dates.
* Act as a primary point of contact, liaising with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
* Develop a strong understanding of customer contracts and quotes to process orders accurately in line with terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition guidelines.
* Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience with ERP software, preferably Oracle.
- A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience is preferred.
