Business Development Representative
What do we need?
As a Business Development Representative within the Tria Group, you will be accountable for helping manage and build our sales and commercial function. The ideal candidate will have a tactical mindset, powerful communication skills, and robust leadership skills.
You will need to be a strategic thinker, full of ambition and a desire to be successful. Also, you’ll need to be very focused on reaching individual and company-wide goals & targets. You will embody the fundamentals of driving high standards across all aspects of the Tria sales funnel.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements for the Role.
* Generate sales through outbound and inbound efforts
* Exceptional phone skills and ability to connect with customers over the phone
* Be comfortable with building marketing campaigns and have a good understanding of the marketing funnel
* Leverage email outreach to qualify prospects and initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers at target companies
* Collect market data before and during outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to sales leaders
* Be the first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales tactics
* Help break into new expansion markets
* Use Linkedin and other sales tools, to build prospect lists and craft outbound messaging
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
* Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
* Analyse market reports to determine where to seek out new business
* Trying out and using various prospecting tools and software
* Networking, face-to-face meetings, and any other activities that help to generate and close leads
* Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
* Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
* Innovate novel sales techniques to drive new customer acquisition
* Conduct market analysis and integrate solutions into the sales process
* Improve existing methods to optimise client retention and minimise customer churn
