Service Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled social care professional to lead the residential services of our organization, providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Oversee the daily operations of a residential home for adult service users
* Manage and motivate a team of social care staff and healthcare support workers
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Social Care, including 3-5 years at leadership level working in the ID sector. They must also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to implement quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
