The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for testing products and raw materials in accordance with relevant procedures, reviewing results to provide a free to fill status, and generating COAs in a timely manner.
* Calibrate and maintain quality control instruments.
* Review batch history records and release as required.
* Generate data including reporting and follow up on OOS results and create NC reports or deviations as necessary.
* Perform rotated laboratory duties such as calibration, temperature chart monitoring, maintenance programs, managing laboratory disposable stocks, housekeeping, autoclave waste management, etc.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of an 8 degree (Science or relevant technical degree desirable).
* Previous experience in laboratory equipment e.g. analytical balances, pH meters, pipettes, GMP & Quality & Safety standards, instrument calibration and maintenance.
