Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of construction contracts, from negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
* Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
* Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
* Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.
* Implement and promote best practices, driving efficiency and innovation across projects.
Key Skills
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in contract management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex challenges.
* Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
