We are urgently looking for a Change Manager in Dublin. The Change Manager oversees the end-to-end change process for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract
requirements and internal Variation Order procedures. This includes managing Early Warnings, coordinating change boards, and maintaining governance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full lifecycle of change events (Early Warnings → Implementation).
* Chair and coordinate change boards with multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain central change log and audit trail.
* Monitor and report on change status, risks, and delays.
* Ensure contractual and governance compliance.
* Liaise with commercial and controls teams for cost/schedule impact.
* Drive continuous improvement in change processes and tools.
* Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Engage stakeholders effectively throughout the process.
Experience
* 15+ years in contract management; 5+ years in change management.
* Strong NEC4 contract knowledge and administration experience.
* Proven ability to manage complex change processes.
* Experience leading governance forums/change boards.
* Skilled in reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in law, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
* Membership with RICS or equivalent.
