Job Title: Recruitment Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of large-scale recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with multiple agencies and timely onboarding of staff. This role demands strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of legal and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex recruitment operations, encompassing temporary or emergency staffing
* Coordinate across multiple agencies and ensure prompt onboarding of staff
* Liaise with HR/OD Business Partners to agree on suitable recruitment processes
* Ensure job descriptions and application forms are consistent and professionally formatted
* Screen all applications and prepare a candidate shortlist report & scoresheet for the HR/OD Business Partner/Hiring Manager
* Plan and schedule interviews in line with agreed timeframes
* Liaise and coordinate with government departments
* Communicate effectively and diplomatically with stakeholders
* Apply knowledge of legal and operational frameworks, including process documents, SLAs, data protection, and recruitment regulations
* Standardize and document processes in accordance with public sector guidelines
* Manage budgets and raise purchase orders
