We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Day Surgery for a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Day Surgery unit, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients receive safe and timely treatment.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based nursing care in line with best practices.
Support staff development, training, and performance management.
Monitor and manage incidents, risks, and patient feedback, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Requirements Registered on the General Division of NMBI with a current valid PIN (essential).
2–4 years post-registration experience in an acute Irish healthcare setting (essential).
Proven anaesthetic experience (essential).
Minimum 1 year experience in Day Surgery or Theatre (essential).
ACLS certification completed or willingness to undertake (essential).
Demonstrated strong clinical and professional competence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
1 year management/leadership experience (desirable).
Relevant qualification or experience within the speciality (desirable).
Completion of a management training programme (desirable).
