* Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
* Ensure up-to-date site records and align workforce levels with project schedules.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
* Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems.
* Drive continuous process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
* Coordinate material requisitions and manage timely, specification-compliant deliveries.
* Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in site management, ideally with a main contractor.
* Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background.
* Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee subcontractors.
* Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
* In-depth understanding of construction practices and industry regulations.
