Responsibilities

* Meet and exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies.
* Manage cash, wages, budgets, and systems administration.
* Drive visual merchandising to engage and educate customers.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and staff training.
* Identify customer needs and maintain store standards.
* Act as key holder.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2-3 years management experience in supervisory, assistant manager, or store manager roles.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and people management skills.
* Experience in visual merchandising.
* Strong product knowledge.
