Job Overview:
The Construction Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* To direct and monitor the work of architects, contractors, and consultants involved in construction activities
* To review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building regulations
* To inspect completed projects for adherence to standards and specifications
* To ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality results
Degree in Building or Certificate in Civil Engineering & Structural Engineering is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary. A minimum of two years' experience working on building construction projects is preferred.
