One of Ireland’s largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area is now hiring a Service Advisor to join their team.

About the role:
Based in Dublin 12, full-time onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes:
1. Providing the end-to-end service of a customer vehicle service journey
2. Meeting and greeting all service customers
3. Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in
4. Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work
5. Maintaining up-to-date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair
6. Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs
7. Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment
· Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts
· Assisting with gathering customer service feedback
Skills and Experience
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)
* A working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided
* Proven experience in providing excellent service to front-line customers
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively, particularly at peak times
* A driving license valid for Ireland
* Fully authorized to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit
