We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join this well-established company.

The successful candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and have worked with Sage software.

The role requires someone with a strong initiative who can work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team for some duties.

General Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a reliable Accounts Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.

They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.

The tasks of the office administrator will include: Basic bookkeeping Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Updating records and databases Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Knowledge of Letman package would also benefit but not necessary Administration Skills: Previous experience with Sage software Proven experience as an accounts administrator or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organisational skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Previous experience with Sage software Proven experience as an accounts administrator Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Familiarity with office management procedures Basis accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office Skills: Previous experience with Sage software Proven experience as an accounts administrator Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Familiarity with office management procedures Basis accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office
