Job Opportunity: Ledger Controller
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ledger Controller to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts/finance roles, with excellent working knowledge of Irish Taxes and advanced MS Office skills.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase invoices and distributing them accurately.
* Maintaining accurate purchase ledger allocations and performing creditor reconciliations.
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to creditor queries efficiently.
* Supporting the monthly payment run process.
* Coding expenses correctly on the purchase ledger.
* Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance capacity.
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish Taxes.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* Previous experience of Finance Systems is desirable.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to work.
