Health and Safety Expert Leader
This challenging role requires an experienced professional to oversee and implement health and safety policies and procedures within a construction or engineering environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate compliance with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
* Design and deliver training programs to meet regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing standards are achieved.
* Audit operations and take action on audit outcomes.
* Ensure subcontractors are adequately covered and improve processes as needed.
* Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and produce regular reports.
* Analyze and update training programs to maintain effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
